Step 2: Complete Your Assessment By Clicking The Button Below
Your Client Assessment Must Be Done At Least 1 Day Prior To Scheduling Your Onboarding Call So Coach Camarin Can Prepare Questions. Onboarding Calls Are Scheduled For Fridays Only So Have The Assessment Done By Thursday Or Schedule Onboarding Call The Following Friday. During this call we will discuss your assessment form, go over the details of each of the three phases you will go through and discuss what graduation from Zanger Fitness looks like.

Step 6: Download the Lose It Tracking App & Track Food for 7 Days

Enter your current weight into the Lose It app and have someone (or yourself) take your body measurements, then enter these statistics into the Lose It app.
These final steps will help us track your progress accurately!)
- Download the Lose It app
- Track Everything You Drink & Eat Including Oils & Sauces For 7 Straight Days. This Is Crucial As I Need To Know The Average Amount Of Calories You Eat In A Day To Give You The Correct Nutrition Program. Do Not Change The Way You Eat As I Need An Accurate Measure Of What Your Metabolism Is Currently Used To Handling.
- Let Coach Camarin Know When You Are Done Tracking Your Food For 7 Days So She Can Start Creating Your Nutrition Plan.
- Log Your Current Weight In The Lose It App
- Have A Friend, Family Member, Or Yourself Measure Your Hips, Thighs, Waist, Bicep, & Bust.
How to Enter Your Measurements in the Lose It App:
- Open the Lose It app.
- Tap on Goals at the bottom.
- Scroll down and click on Measurements.
- Enter the measurement of your body for all 6 measurements: biceps, chest, hip, neck, thigh, and waist.
